If they are being forced, this will make it worse. You dont stop the 'normalisation' by isolating them; that will just create segregation but it's not like they'll stop wearing it if they are being forced in the first place. But women who wear it will not admit theyre being forced, or will say they are doing it of their own volition (at which point you have to take it at their word; you cannot rip it off them, thats as damaging as forcing them to wear it). They need as much interaction with society as possible, especially when with their children. Second gen girls are usually more liberal and more integrated into the workforce and society anyway.
