How the fuck does that translate to general attitudes? If I could make any man a woman that was drop dead beautiful, funny, affectionate, and made him feel like he was desired, literally 100 percent of the men in the world would take that offer. Specifics to men mean absolutely nothing.

Again, you are thinking like a woman, and woman don't know shit about what they want. That's why you date guys that treat you like shit and ignore/resent men that are only trying to do what they were raised their entire fucking lives to believe would get them female attention.

You're acting like everyone fits a certain need for another person but it's simply bullshit.

I have to dress down when I go to parties because if I dress nice women will think I'm trying too hard, I have to purposefully make women wait on text message responses otherwise they'll think I'm desperate and needy, I have to lie about my background and my job or women will think I'm bragging, I have to be coy and dismissive when I get compliments or women will think I have self esteem issues, I have to compliment sparingly or women will think I have nothing but childish praise to give them. Whatever happened to fucking normalcy?

I fucking hate dating women in America, it's so mind numbingly vapid and pretentious. I'm already tall, educated, and moderately good looking, but I just can't justify spending my life with a woman who has to play these games to find a mate.

The grand irony in all this is the circumstances I described above the norm. Courting a woman respectfully and professionally is seen as out of character in our society.

Um no, we can't. We have several multi billion dollar industries directly dedicated to making us as attractive as possible to the opposite sex. Reproduction is the primary biological imperative and priority for literally every organism on this planet, and men are programmed to CONSTANTLY need sex. You don't get to write off those implications with some quasi meme bullshit question.
