you just made it impossible for that person to take it to Apple or an AASP for service as it makes it unserviceable and voids the warranty.

That's fine because we guarantee all our repairs and even offer a guarantee on the entire phone, and full phone replacements. Also, this claim that "Only the manufacturer can fix the device" is currently being fought in court - and if you didn't already know stickers that read "Removal Voids Warranty" are technically not protected by law.

Also, you guys are so clueless that I've actually sent defective devices that we've fully opened over to the Apple store and you guys have replaced the devices without question many times. You guys really have no idea what you're doing.
