Kellogg to permanently replace striking workers as union rejects new contract

Companies are not people. Structure is irrelevant.

Corporations should have NO rights. None.

I guarantee the contract is worded in such a way that it doesn't magically end and everyone is unemployed...its the timeframe that specific wage and benefits provisions apply to.

Corporations should never be allowed to bring in scabs in a labor dispute. Its illegal in many places in the world, and companies haven't died because of it...its helped secure better wages for people, and helped to ensure offers made are reasonable and appropriate, as corpos know they will actually be shut down if labor walks.

Corporations are legal entities that should operate in law...but rights? Fuck rights. Corporations are not people, no matter their structure. If you sign an agreement that a union is the sole bargaining entity for all employees of a company, then honor the fucking agreement and bargain, not replace them when you can't reach a deal.
