I gotta disagree here and yes I'm a woman... First far far more men watch porn than women. And porn stars aren't held up as an ideal of beauty like models (and influencers and reality TV stars). Their surgery is usually very obviously surgery, they're not trying to pretend this is how they look naturally, like Khloe is. Also there are definitely some not so hot porn stars, or I guess I should say porn actresses.

My point is that very few normal women aspire to look like a porn star, because most of us don't want giant fake tits, porn stars aren't role models, porn stars don't get as much mainstream exposure, and many women don't even watch porn.
