I want to learn how to stop myself from constantly eating McDonalds

Hey there, the first time I dieted I was 13 years old, it was the beginning of puberty, I had gained some weight during the summer, and I was insecure about going back to school and looking fatter than last year. I was totally eating like crap and not exercising, I decided to do a no sugar diet since it was kinda popular at the time. It worked out well I did it for 3 weeks before deciding to quit. I tried multiple more times after some years, I just could not do it.

I'd say the hardest part is willpower so take some time and kinda talk to yourself let yourself know that you want to become healthy to build a sort of mental power, and don't go all out at once since it takes alot of power to quit in one time, maybe bring it down abit, eat a burger or two less a week and so on, until you eventually quit, I've dealt with other addictions before this same way. goodluck and dont give up!
