That tells me all I need to know. The fact that a majority are for the settlements being annexed is an indication to me that Israel is a rotten society. So of course these attacks happen. This doesn't surprise anyone who's been paying attention. When you treat a minority this badly in your country they are going to resist. Sometimes regular citizens die. That's the nature of this conflict. Israelis kill Palestinians. Throw them in Gaza. Prison. Take their shit. Palestinians retaliate. Israelis vote in more racist politicians. Around and around the hate goes.
