That kinda makes it sound like you’re valuing your income over the lives of your customers... With absolute disregard for food safety like that, it’s only a matter of time before something happens. I get not wanting to demand changes as the new guy, but there are literally peoples lives at stake. If you want to be a respectable chef, or at least a respectable human tbh, you have to throw out that cognitive dissonance of “yea old ppl could die lol, not my problem tho, don’t get paid enough.” Your actions have direct consequences. I’m not saying you don’t care, because you wouldn’t have posted if you didn’t, but you can take that care a step further and speak up.
