Looking for people to share their story about Credico

I'll chime in on this. I was desperate for work and ended up working in a credico office for 4 months. One thing I learned about it is all offices are very different. Not only in environment, but also how they are run. I did the normal three round interview process, but I negotiate a basic wage that was above the the standard of living provided I worked 6 days a week. Honestly, the training was good and my office owner was very involved. Initially I made good money and progressed to leadership during my first full week on the job. However, we then lost a major contract and I found myself standing outside small shopping centers while trying to sell, train, and run an interview. In the end I quit because I was not making money, i got sick of the cultish behavior and brainwashing, and the hours were far too much. That being said after I was hired they were totally honest about what I would be doing and what it would take to progress. Would I go back, no. Did I learn good sales techniques and initially make some money, yes. I left on good terms and my managers have said I can use them as a reference for any job I apply to in the future.
