Lynyrd Skynyrd guitarist's positive COVID test cancels shows

There are people who lack the ability to enjoy anything new or different. It's weird, and I encounter this attitude pretty often, because I frequently express a preference for original music over cover bands or bucket-list bands who play their well known hits. It turns out to be an unpopular opinion that an original song performed by its relatively unknown songwriter is better than whatever you've heard before... And equally unpopular that I like to hear established artists perform new material. Surprises me every time when people don't agree with that, but at the same time it's great to hear good new music being written and performed sometimes by local talent in places where you don't have to spend more than $20. Meanwhile I see tickets for stadium shows going for $500 -- sometimes to hear bands that I couldn't beg people to go to back in the day lol.
