You’re not wrong ,epic games announced their own meta verse ,they want to fix the ‘internet’

The one billion it raked in is based on the success of its existing game titles and the unreal engine ,it’s not necessarily based on any new ‘innovative Technology’

The virtual skin packs > immersive character avatar with more micro transactions and immersive coke billboards next to your virtual house ,guaranteed to rake in huge amounts of money from your EXISTING pool of players around the titles and potentially new ones

this isn’t new tech , this tech isn’t consumer friendly. You’re just finding an immersive way to get more micro-transactions to an already predisposed group of gamers

I’m simply saying This isn’t innovation and there’s almost no chance it’ll be adopted by the masses
