I didn't know what that was so I had to google it. I'm not sure this has anything to do with "gay" and I think something else is going on. If it's not affecting your life or who you are attracted to IRL I wouldn't worry about it, but it is interesting. Different fetishes, if that is what this is, can happen accidentally through some association occurring between the fetish object and sexual arousal. A lot of times it can be connected to the first time you had sex or had sexual arousal or had an orgasm. If I was going to guess you might have played Pokemon at a time when you were not sexually aware but were beginning to have normal feelings associated with your development. I don't know exactly why some people are attracted to animated depictions of sex as opposed to photos, but maybe it is because it's disconnected from the reality of human relationships?

Anyway, lots of straight (and gay and every other kind of) males have all sorts of sexual fantasies that they do not act on and really have no desire to act on. The only way I could see this some indication that you have any gay tendencies is if looking at a cartoon version of a gay act helps you think about it while avoiding the reality of it that would be there if you were actually watching gay porn. Whatever it is if it's not affecting your real life in any way it's probably just some random thing and doesn't matter. I would just accept it unless it causes you any problems.
