I'm not just talking about contractors. He will literally buy things, like a few grand pianos, and then wont pay for them. He hires employees and then doesn't pay them on time or the agreed upon amount.
It's not just a case of him failing to pay a few contractors because they did sub standard work. He habitually fails to pay those who sell him their goods and services, period. Most of the time he gets away with it because people cant afford to take him to court.
