Mark Rober shows how to use drones to plant 20 million trees

Reddit seems to have a high horse/cynicism complex where they want to feel better or smarter than mainstream and popular stuff (with the exception of the popular stuff they popularised or liked), and since this whole #TeamTrees is being championed by huge, mainstream youtubers like MrBeast. I reckon if this was organised by a reddit-favourite like Keanu Reeves, Jack Black, Captain Disillusion or Gus Johnson then it would've soared in popularity more so than it has. I can't see any other reason than why I'm seeing people commenting "I wanted to hate this but I can't" or general cynical comments about "yeah this is good and all, but it won't/people still/you need to..." in response to a dude trying to organise the planting of 20 million trees.

I'm glad reddit was able to mostly put that aside for the sake of the environment.
