It's not even that unbelievable when you think that people like Jobs, Bezos, Gates, Zuckerberg, the twitter guy -- these are all people who started a small business when they were middle to upper middle class and became billionaires on the backs of technology that we've all watched explode in the past 30 years. People grew up watching that happen around them.

So when you plant the boot-straps american narrative along-side the wealth creation that's happened around us, it makes a hard sell to yell about billionaires without also disrupting that 'anything is possible' narrative that some americans tell themselves
