The problem is, since when does that truly matter. There is the rule and spirit of law, and there are those who wake up in the morning, take a big dump, grab "the law" and use it to wipe their ass. They couldn't care less and will twist and change in everyway possible to make the law work in their own favour. Even if it doesn't say anything like that, they will keep pushing for it.

The biggest problem is, having elected a president known to fuck anyone. Literally anyone big or small he doesn't care. And if he doesn't get what he wants, he has no problem taking big or small into court up to the supreme court. He rather drags cases forever then ever giving up. So what you expect to happen here, someone who has a total disregard for the law, and knows exactly how to drag issues for eternity, as the fucking president. Someone with no concept of morality as a president, how stupid can anyone be.
