I feel bad for Hunt and I'm on his side but in the end it really doesn't matter. The UFC knows what they are doing but can hunt prove retaliation in court? Nope. They have to put some bullshit out for liability reasons. There is no question it is some payback but I don't think his lawyer can prove it.

No one is going to reach out to Hunt or anyone he works with because of the lawsuit. It's pretty standard, you do not communicate with whoever is suing you.

They are only going to do legally required communication with him at this point. As stipulated in the contract and any other written rules and regulations Zuffa has with their contractors. He has no friends in the UFC outside of his peers (other fighters). UFC isn't going to do him any favors at this point.
