You are planning to move to the UK? These are pretty much the easiest options unfortunately. We would be on a fiancé visa with the intention of marrying. If you don’t want to get married you pretty much have a student or work visa option. When I was looking for work I typed in “international visa” or “sponsorship” in indeed and it showed up with companies willing to sponsor. You could also go to a recruiter, they are free and basically get paid to secure you a job within one of their client companies and they would be able to help you find a company willing to sponsor.
