I know plenty of people who are vegans (i am also but thats not the point) and do yoga and meditation classes all day and are total assholes, one is an elitist and condisending prick the other is a sleeze ball who is always trying to spiritually evolve into girls pants by the most creepy way possible. Oh by the way the secret is demonstroable a pile of horse shit and that inarguable facts. Spirituality is a simple realization that we are conciousness and conciousness flows through all life there for we should be nice to other people because they are the same as us. It's simlly going from a dualistic mind set to a universal one. Yoga means union of opposites and is there for a spiritual practice because it unites concepts to bring us back to a whole. Everything else is just a book selling and yoga class - marketing scam and this whole subreddit reeks with it. You are someone who thinks a certain activity is bad for you. I am your opposite.
