A Mexican man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl on a Greyhound bus that traveled through Kansas had been deported 10 times and voluntarily removed from the U.S. another nine times since 2003, records obtained by The Associated Press show.

I'd be 100% for violent illegal criminals to be in camps, and even have them become the workforce to build the wall, and then get deported, on a few conditions.

We can set a cut-off date, but people who were brought here as children, through no fault of their own, should be allowed to stay here. I'm not saying immediate citizenship/green card, but something similar to Obamas executive order. Again this doesn't include violent criminals.

I also think that illegals who have been here a long time, that can contribute to society, and not immediately be on foodstamps and other government assistance should at least be given residency on a trial basis. At the very least I think this should apply to illegals who have children who are minors, either illegal or US citizens themselves. Deporting parents means their children who no longer remember, or never knew their parents culture on top of not knowing the language are going to be deported to Mexico as well. It's either that or placing the children children who are us citizens into adoption/group homes.

That's why I suggested a cut-off date, so we can avoid people taking advantage of this. Make it clear that after a certain date, even if your child is born an American citizen, it will not help you get residence even if you would have qualified before the cut-off.

I also think that it should be mandatory for all illegals who are accepted to learn English. Doesn't have to be flawless, but if you're in the United States you have to speak the language. I don't think normal school funding should be taken away to make use for els classes.

Los Angeles unveiled a $10 million fund for illegal protection, so even if illegals themselves can't pay the fees the money is coming from somewhere
