Michigan diner owner who defied state shutdown dies of COVID-19

And how about blacks? Since I know everyone else is seemingly afraid to name us by race.

I'm a black dude, I've tried my best to promote the vaccine to my family/friends as much as I can. That being said, I am not going to deny the fact that black folk have been less likely to get vaccinated. To do so would be legitimately unscientific (based on the data) and is trying to tip toe around the issue and blame it on right wingers exclusively.

We'll get there eventually, I really hope we will and I pray for my community to improve on that front, but we have to take responsibility for our general hesitancy toward the virus rather than blame it on the white conservatives exclusively.
