The micromanagement is killing me. Does this happen at any other stores???

Yeah I can agree. My manager will come and make us a list for us to do, which wouldn't be bad especially if it's a list that needs to be done throughout the day, but she only gives it to the closing shift so we always have too much to do in little time.

Then later as we are getting the list done and it's close to close, she will come back and add to the list as well as change things on the list that she wants done differently. So we end up staying an hour past close every night, and then in the morning come in and see everything we did back to the way it was or changed cause she wanted it different again.

Most of what she asks us wouldn't be bad if the list was done throughout the day but since it's only closing shift that does it, it gets super stressful to finish and makes us stay later than everyone else. She'll come back multiple times to change or add to it, and gets mad when we are not getting stuff done fast enough because we have customers we are dealing with.
