Millennials love perks!

Tbh I love nibbles. I told my current company if they want me to come into the office they can give me lunch. It worked, the only time I show up is when free food is provided.

I do start at my new company Monday that has a $15k pay increase. I’ll probably tell them the same thing, I’ll commute for a free lunch.

But it doesn’t mean I won’t take perks over an increase in salary. I’m an accountant seeing invoices for $40k spent moving (one) exec from one home to another, $15k for Porsche driving experiences for the top three sales people, or the lavish dinners spent on “business meetings” (yes, with itemized receipts)

Perks for us aren’t perks, they’re nibbles.
