My (23M) girlfriend’s (22F) diet is making her crazy. How to do I reason with her?

Tell her to stop using Noom. I spent about six months working with a dietitian in my late twenties after I developed anorexia while working as a Pilates teacher.

Yesterday my Noom coach started shaming me after almost two months of really sticking to the diet, while recovering from coronavirus, because I’d stayed within 400 of calories for the week, but eaten nondairy gluten free cheesecake for lunch.

Today I switched to the LoseIt app, and discovered that I’ve probably been eating 300 calories less than I should per day, for my activity level. (Which also explains why I’ve only lost five pounds in two months.)

Noom is an eating disorder factory. Tell her to ditch it.
