My 24M gf 25 is comparing me with her co-worker and I feel it's the end

I’m a dude (25) and I really started liking this girl at my work. Mind you I’ve been in a happy relationship with my gf (23) for almost 7 years. But me and this girl became friends and I started to REALLY like her and she liked me. I’ve never cheated on my gf or even talked with any other girl over text. I basically had an “emotional affair” as other people are calling it. But my gf has had similar behaviors w/ guys too, some of them my friends. Anyway, I ended up losing this job and losing contact with this girl. So because she’s out of sight she’s out of mind and forgotten about. My gf and have troubles here and there like anyone but it’s important to be open, and honest. We both are somewhat “ok” with each other thinking someone else is cute, or being flirty with them. But at the end of the day we love each other. Neither of us have locks on our phones and we have to trust that neither of us are deleting messages. Idk it’s tough to have 100% trust but I think if you can get her away from this dude, you’ll be good. She’ll remember what she has in you...
