Today is my 30th Birthday. It's also my Golden Birthday, I'm 30 on the 30th. I tried to organize a big get together with a bunch of my friends to celebrate. They all cancelled at the last minute. So today, I'm spending my 30th birthday alone.

My ex gf also started contacting me a couple of months ago and things were going good. She seemed like she wanted to reconnect and it was great to have my best friend back. Found out recently that the only reason she started contacting me again was because her new bf had dumped her. Now that the holidays are over and she's no longer feeling as lonely, I'm back to being ignored.
