Why are the top voted comments all "Free speach is to protect you from the government for speaking out against them or others".

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

So do you all think you should be allowed to be fired for going to an antiwar rally? How about a prolife rally? It seems people love to say this just so they can justify the treatment of people they disagree with. How about saying you won't hire Muslims?

This simple view of the 1st amendment to just mean you can't be arrested for a certain speech is dangerous.
