You are making a FIGURE, you are using someone else’s digital 3D model and turning it into a physical figurine to sell in which the 200 units rule DOES NOT APPLY. Once you create a 1 single physical figure with the intent to sell you MUST register and declare it with mihoyo.

You can complain and report me all you want I don’t care, but it’s blatant that you don’t even understand miHoYo’s own merchandising guide NOR do you understand the difference between a digital 3D model and a physical figurine.
