Currently in a 1200 sq ft, 2 bedroom place in a nice area.. 1 mile from the beach. I don't mind renting. I sort of like that someone else takes care of security/law mowing/when things break someone else fixes it. I like my neighbours.

I also have 3 bathrooms. I have absolutely no reason to *need* three bathrooms other than letting my ferrets and opossum have their own bedrooms. It works out perfectly for my lifestyle. I can rehab from home, and the second bedroom (which is actually the master) is my gaming room/ferret playroom. It has a 9-foot hammock in it with a VR computer setup.

The other bedroom has my flatscreen and carpeted stairs that lead up to my bed, so my ferrets/opies can climb up whenever they want and cuddle, or sit in the windowsill.

The dining room is just a rehab room, with incubators and cages for wildlife.. because why not? :P I work from home. The living room has my piano and another tv and your typical couches/chill area. Bay window with a huge recliner to nap in.

Nice big kitchen that I like to cook in. I make all my animal's food from scratch because I like them to live and eat healthy.. so I put it all to good use. I love having my whole home clean, and smelling good. It's such a nice feeling to have things orderly and quiet.. the animals I rehab don't make a peep.
