No drug makes anyone do anything. People do things.

So the difference is, first, we got a guy in a drug induced psychotic state who mutilated his penis with glass, thinking the glass is flowers. He don’t know what’s actually going on.

Next we got a guy who’s high on pcp, and decides to cut his dick off. And he knows he’s cutting his dick off. He has a reason for cutting his dick off. So he cuts his dick off. Not saying the pcp didn’t help influence his decision, but at the same time, he makes the decision to mutilate his dick.

People do it all the time. Sober, high, whatever. They all have their own fucked reasons. But there’s a huge difference in someone doing something to themselves on purpose and doing something to themselves unknowingly.
