As cliche as this can seem, I still want to say that we all have been there and you're not alone because looking at your situation is so much similar to looking at my past self where this cliche phrase is the best to summarize the experience.

First, I'd recommend you call the counseling services (530-752-0871) and schedule a one-time visit appointment. Appointments can only be scheduled maximum of two days in advance, which is a good thing because this means you can always schedule an appointment as long as you call early enough. Their hours are 8 a.m.-5p.m. on M, T, Th, F and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on W. I do understand that many people would refuse to go because they don't believe it'd be helpful; however, most of them changed their mind after actually making a visit.
