I never told my mom who my daughters father was.

i feel like people have mostly covered the bases, but i just want to point out that even though the existence of the child is undeniable proof that statutory rape occurred, unfortunately there is a lot of legal precedence for rapists being awarded parents rights over the child that was conceived through rape (yes, even if the impregnated victim was underage, and yes its incredibly fucked up and cruel. as of march 2022 “only 32 states allow the termination of parental rights of rapists who conceive a child, while others have varying restrictions in place.” please do not ignore the extremely serious consequences that could result from OP going to the police even though he obviously deserves to rot in prison)
