New Korean Hulk could begin to smash issues over Marvel’s creative diversity

Its another thing to– as you suggested –make a bunch of new minority characters and have them all in the same book.

Except I never suggested that: This is a prime example of your tendency to project bias into statements where no bias exists. You are so desperate to see racism, that you'll see it, even when it's not actually present.

I swear you are so dense if you think that creating a bunch of new characters is the solution to this issue.

Actually yes the solution to having insufficient diversity of character would be to include new & pre-existing characters that would remedy that issue. That is LITERALLY the solution.

It will solve nothing, all youll get is a bunch of underdeveloped heroes created to fill a race quota who will eventually get swept under the rug like every character before them.

It will do if you build them to be nothing more than diversity hires, rather than characters, but how is that any different then the current ersatz plan? As soon as they run out of marketing rope they revert & the ersatz character is relegated to limbo.

It seems youd rather just consider every opposition as a troll than actually take a solid look at what youre trying to defend here.

It appears that I am trying to defend the idea that new books are good & new characters are new.... Gee whiz mister you are right, what a sicko monster I am for defending these things.

Its 2015 not 1960, people of diverse background need spotlight and representation.

LOL, except as has been demonstrated already you don't really know comic book history, so you'd be unaware of the many many times we've already had this for decades, heck I just picked up an Avengers trade collecting material from 1979 & it contained an avengers team that included Jocasta, Crystal, Wasp, Scarlet Witch, Ms Marvel & Sam Wilson as the Falcon, all in the same book.

So don't pretend like comic in the past weren't diverse, because they have been diverse for decades & they didn't need to create ersatz characters to do it.

What is the difference with Sam Wilson? If his skin color is even an issue then youve answered the question were all dying to know; youre a racist.

Again this is you projecting bias into a conversation where no bias exists. Seriously, the only person who has mentioned Sam Wilson in this conversation up until now has been you.

Which is amusing because you and I both know you don't actually know anything about Sam Wilson.... For example if I were to ask you what Sam Wilsons other name is, other than the Falcon, you wouldn't know, because you aren't really a fan.

You are a wannabe, whose glommed on to the character so you can claim other people are racist.
