What are your thoughts on Age Of Ultron?

It has given me one of the greatest experiences of my life so though I have many complaints and I hate Joss Whedon, I can't help but love the movie with all my heart.

Over a year ago I started running a homebrew tabletop rpg loosely based off of 5e mechanics (but myself and my players built the system ourselves for the most part)

The game is set in the MCU in Earth 61112 (or an equivalent universe. I'm not sure if What If's Ultron Won was set in MCU 61112, but I started running my game before What If was released.)

Anyways in my own alternative universe, it is literally the 2015 Age of Ultron movie, but the movie goes differently for the second half. Ultron wins and kills all the avengers and carpet bombs Earth but for a mystery reason unknown to the players, he decided not to destroy humanity at the last second and instead establishes a Technocracy. Flash forward 15 years to 2030 and it's the in-game setting of our game, half of humanity is in walled fascist technocracy settlements and the other half lives out in the radioactive wasteland. My party is a group of enhanced/super genius/mutant adventurers in the radioactive wasteland.

It's been a lot of fun and it has been such a treat to have projects like What If and MoM give me more Ultron content, even if I wished for a lot more in MoM, because any Ultron content at this point is brainfuel for me as a DM.

We've had some crazy adventures, some exciting cameos from established Marvel characters who survived to 2030. We joke that our game is a canon marvel comic, but just a really really shitty one about a group of losers in an alternate shitty universe. One of the party is a doofus who, like characters like Gwenpool, is aware and/or believes that they are inside a comic book. There's a lot of funny shit they've gotten into and I've considered making a super long post about their adventures including DM notes but I know they will find it
