at same time, rebellion against shadowy collective \ imperial army leads war to reys planet but shes sympathetic and fights army

finn crash lands on reys planet with a plot device and falls in love with rey, who hates him but loves him. she helps finn and falls in love

kylo ren chases finn for plot device, encounters girl, and girls sees amazing jedi stuff from kylo, he says some shit about her and she's got it too. finn possibly dies here.

across the galaxy leia sense's somethings up cuz shes got the force as well (can you sense where im going) * han calls his ol buddy lando for a favor, he kinda owes him. lando shows and frees han and leia. has to back for chewie.

han and leia fly across the galaxy in the aluminum falcon to save their precious daughter (they have r2 and 3p0 still, cuz why would you replace perfectly good droids)

daughter asks them about all this shit kylo told her

they say its all true but uncle luke is dead, but they'll help with plot device (they know girl is doing it anyway, and they want to confront kylo)

all 4 go on mission with plot device, encounter & fight kylo, chewie and lando show up to help. lando was finns uncle somehow. chewie or lando, or both die here

big reveal after kylo mortally wounded, kylo is cloned/subverted to darkside luke/lukes son and there's like 100 of them across the galaxy, noone knows where real luke or kylo are
