As it turned out, the man was able to drill a hole in the boys skull and inject a chemical into the brain in an attempt to make a sex slave. The boy died and the man killed 3 more people. 4 lives would have been saved had this mans past not been ignored. Had the police done their job, they would have caught Jeffrey Dahmer.

So this leftist walks despite his history. Who is his next victim? Do his crimes progress like they often do? Dahmer started out molesting and progressed to trying to make sex slaves, screwing corpses, and becoming one of the most famous killers ever. You have to consider the past in cases like this.
