Not Prediabetic anymore?

Look, diabetes is a disease with lot of stigma, shame and guilt attached to it, and people explain prediabetes or the sickness itself in a way that they find most suitable for them.

Some people profess it is all genetics, in that way, they have an excuse to not do anything about it, and it makes them feel good.

Others say its all lifestyle, being very moralistic against those who get it.

This is also made more difficult by the pharmaceutical industry, they say that diabetes type2 is a chronic progressive treament, that needs lifelong treatment, and that you never can get rid of. Some numbers of interest, the British healthcare use 10 percent of its resources on treating the complications of diabetes alone, and in china 10% of the population is belived to have diabetes. This is a cashcow of enourms proportions.

In short you can reverse diabetes completely and prediabetes, but it is all about weightloss. Diabetes is not causes by fat storage per say, but by abnormal fat storage. People who have the genetics that predispose them for type 2 diabetes, stores the fat in all the wrong places, causing the metabolic syndrome. Depending on your genetics you need just a little or lot of extra overweight to cause it, and people who are blessed with great diabetes genes, like me, can easily be over 40 kg overweight, and still have perfect sugars and cholesterol, I was in that situation once.

So in short lose weight, it is the hardest part, and many people are not able to do it, and that is why many people say prediabetes will never go away.
