Nutrition (and Supplement) Thursday

I have trouble getting my colors in too. I buy dried fruit bags to get those in, but I kinda stay away from fruit in general.

If I don't get all my veggies in, I have a veggie supplement that has a shit ton of veggie powder in it. It makes me feel great. But, I only take it when I need to. So you could try that!

Or there's also vegetable based protein powder. I know it's like.. blasphemy on this sub to recommend anything but whey and casein, but I really liked taking veggie protein on my cut. So there's that too.

If you wanna take dietary supplements, go ahead. It's not gonna hurt you. Unless you're taking like 10+ pills a day as dietary supplements, i wouldn't fret. There's no "wrong" time to take them in my opinion. Keep it simple. If anything just start with a multivitamin.. I take men's oneaday. Seems fine to me.

I don't know of any big negative issues with taking vitamins/dietary supps. As long as you don't over do it. Of course, it's always better to get in your micros naturally though.
