How long am I supposed to hold my piss for? It was 2 and a half hours at that point. What's reasonable? 4 hours? 6 hours? 8 hours? The entire 12 hours that I was detained for?

First of all I don't have a PO, secondly judge didn't say anything because it's only been formalities so far, trial hasn't started. Also, they didn't treat me roughly during the arrest, it was while in was in custody 2 hours and 6 hours following my arrest.

You like to throw around the words vandalize and disorderly conduct but I haven't met the legal definitions of those terms if you read the jury instructions.

I guess this goes to show how unreliable a jury could be.
