Has the Obama administration been a failure when it comes to U.S. foreign policy or were the events of past seven years largely outside of the America's control?

Obama has been on the wrong side of almost every major foreign crisis, he has put America in a dangerous position around the world, the best we can hope for is time to unravel and reverse these foolish policies before some catastrophic crisis. Sorry, you can’t blame the current failed policies with ISIS, Syria, Iran, Yemen, Turkey, Jordan, Saudi Arabia… on Bush; the entire world including your Democratic party came to the same conclusion regarding WMD’s. Also Bush defeated Al Qaeda; even Obama said in 2011 “we are leaving behind a stable and self-reliant Iraq”. Biden said Iraq is “one of the great achievements of this administration” as they were pulling troops out. As far as losing our friends in the Middle East, Obama’s total disregard and non-support for Israel, Egypt, Jordan, the Syrian troops, Saudi Arabia and the Kurds in Iraq has not only severely damaged our relationship with our Middle East friends and Allies it has pushed them to Russia the new king pin. Under the failed Obama leadership America has lost all respect throughout the world. The world sees America withdrawing from a leadership role and rogue nations are filling that role with aggressive military and other economic moves to permanently remove America from any world leadership role. Just to name a few Rouge moves. Russia is invading Ukraine, booming the Syrian troops and working with Iran to exert power over the entire Middle East. Many other Middle East countries see the changing power from America to Russia and have asked to meet with the Russian officials to form a new relationship. China is building a military base in the China Sea to control these shipping lanes to exert their power over the Far East. They are also aggressively moving to exert more economic power over South East Asia, Africa and South America.
