You act as though that's even remotely relevant to making the argument that "they're the same." Not to mention Comey under oath said that she did break several laws and the only reason for a lack of prosecution was lack of intent, which was bullshit as there was plenty of evidence of intent. All evidence we have as the public show her as overtly guilty of mishandling or intentional breaking of regulations in ways that would bar a federal employee of ever receiving a security clearance at the very least.
