Well just got fired so peace out homies. Mostly came down to an attitude problem on my end because being the only one in the store to answer any and all questions about cameras whether I'm with a customer or not became extremely bothersome. For some reason being a connected employee but was unofficially designated as the go to person to run and do everything in DI for got to me when I found out I was making less than part-timers.

Granted that was only the beginning of the number of problems I had the straw that broke the camel's back was when they pushed me to go overnights. Mainly because my numbers were pretty low from taking no as an answer from customers they had no intention of putting me on a PIP and actually follow through. The first time they way they presented it wasn't a problem, yeah it made me angry that they were willing to try and cater to their own convenience so brazenly without seeing if I could improve some and throw me to a position that nobody wanted due to the senior being at everybody's throats all the time. Let alone the mental and physical strain it puts on a person. I had thought made that clear that it won't work and calmly by talking to some of the other managers after I cooled off.

So what do they do? They offer it to me again! And we'll the rest is history. They got angry that I was furious and my attitude was pretty poisonous from there on out until I got served with the slip.

For the record the reason I didn't want to go overnights aside from the listed reasons is because I provide night support for my disabled father. Something they knew or should of known since it's not like I never shared that information with them.
