One Year ago today I made some fairly major changes to my life style

Thanks for all the info! I'm a chronic over-learner; I've been studying keto for YEARS... and have been too lazy to bite the bullet. I did try it, and honestly after the first week, right as I got in to the keto cold, I couldn't keep it up. Being a borderline hypochondriac, I could sense all the changes going on in my physiology... and just started having panic attacks almost daily, around lunch. People said it was electrolytes, but I was taking my... shoot forgot the name; magnisium citrate? The one with faster uptake, as well as using ramen broth for sodium, and I was just getting acute headaches, spikes in blood pressure (head was feeling like a zit ready to pop, and was going beat red) and just felt like I might not be able to handle the physiological changes. I might give it another go; and as for the aerobic v anaerobic, you're right 100%, but I hate being in public, let alone where I'm supposed to be working around, with all the fit, healthy, sexy people around me. I really need a "fatties only" gym that kicks you out once you hit your goal... :)

I do have a stationary bike at home, and a 15 lb (dumb bell? wow I forgot the name... the single handed weight) that I just do some quick sets of 10 with throughout the day; really I've been pushing a couple friends to push me and in turn I push them, to go to the gym, but then all they wanted to do was cardio... I was like DO THAT ON YOUR OWN TIME... we're here to lift! And they just wouldn't get in to it, but now my motivation is my own, but I'm going to start slow. I'm notorious for going 0 to 100 in anything I do (especially if it's bad for me) and when it's good for me, going 0 to 100 usually pushes me out of the gym faster than anything else, so while I want to work my way into keto and the gym, for now I'm going to at LEAST do an hour of my stationary a day, and go from there.

Thanks for the info and motivation!
