Depends on your stores size, goals and more. Like, based off the number of people that worked today and the total sales our department, even including what I pulled from other departments, we were a third of the way, so everyone besides one person took a massive RPH loss.

Days you work also have a huge impact. For instance, I worked on the first day of March Madness and it was practically impossible for anyone to sell anything, so I took a massive hit. To put it into perspective, you could've worked a good amount for a part timer, been 150 percent and if you scored like a lot of people here did, drop to 115 percent. Now, if you had a far more likely 120 percent, you'd be negative now.

Don't get me wrong, people still hit and I can hit but I don't live in a dream world where the issue is literally 90 percent of our staff.
