I worked there for 10 years started out on the phones earning $38k back in 2010 by the time I left I was a project manager earring $120k it’s a huge business and heaps of room for growth. Bonuses are really solid they pay up to 25% my last bonus was about $25k before taxes. Not sure where your family member is starting but if they get in they will find a lot of room for growth they do prefer a lot of internal recruitment so if they are looking at it from a career lens that is there … however like most large businesses that growth is a mixture of hard-work and results but also networking. My experience there was great and set me up for a great career after leaving. If they are starting on the phones in a call centre roll it can suck you do need to “do your time in the trenches” but if you can perform you can do big things. Some people get stuck on the phones and probably hate it.
