I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but your post is giving me instant gratification vibes. Good for you if you succeed sa plano mo but I highly doubt it. Hindi ba dapat kung ilang taon and gaano ka kabagal and katagal nagpakasarap e more or less the same amount of time and work din willing ka ilaan to counter that.

Kausapin mo muna sarili mo. Walang sense na gagawin mo to tas parang gulong gulo ka pa. Lifestyle change ang kailangan mo, not actually not eating. Kape, no lunch, protein bar/half apple/egg? Sana nababasa mo mga sinasabi mo dito sa post mo. Tataba ka lang ulit niyan kapag tinablan ka na ng gutom dahil diyan sa plano mo. I can almost guarantee that. Wag tanga. Maraming pwede tumulong sayo dito, ask for help.
