Hi! I've been in your position two years ago. I was completely out of shape and every workout i'd do i would always be out of breath. I never liked the feeling. I always felt defeated by my own choices. Something that felt so good for a moment (food) gave me so much negative effects. So I decided to make a change. And now i'm 50lbs down. It's always going to be a struggle, I swear. You're going to have days. But I tell you, keep on going. Working out has been the best decision in my life, it's my way of showing my love towards my body. Because of this, all other aspects in my life started to fall into place. It wasn't just a physical transformation, it was a wholesome one.
