Mainly the story of the people of Lot. But what most people (Muslims and non Muslims) deliberately omit from their "factual" statements is that nowhere does it say that God himself commands human beings to punish people for homosexuality.
Homosexuality being a sin is a retarded view but so is telling white lies. You can't prosecute someone for that using Islamic jurisprudence. It's a sin that only God can punish you for.
