Passenger verbally destroys Ryanair employee, causing her to breakdown.

Ryanair is the equivalent of a flying bus service in terms of price and service. Their entire business model is a plane making multiple short trips throughout the entire day that are all less than 1 hour flight-time. Everything is about maximising the number of flights of the aircraft; they don't have time to deal with customer complaints and problems and I'd wager everything that they have it as policy in such circumstances to not go above and beyond for their customers. The tickets can cost as little as £10 or $15; this is like trying to get a refund or replacement drink in a crowded bar because you thought the soda was flat. It just isn't going to happen.
