I'm probably late to the party here, but my family is full of scumbags. Worst of all, I would say is my grandfather on my mom's side, who beat and raped her, her sister and my grandmother for several decades. Because my mom is a christian and believes in their bullshit, she forgave him and allowed him to be a part of our lives growing up, until we all found out what happened and said "fuck that." Haven't seen him in years.

Then there's my uncle, the aforementioned rapist's son, who is a drug addict, probably bi-polar, he travels to impoverished latin-american countries, finds a woman to marry, brings her to the US, and brutally abuses her until she finally leaves or disappears or whatever...and then he goes and finds a new one and the cycle starts again.

Then there's my uncle on my dad's side, who's been a meth addict white trash asshole for most of his life. He scammed my grandparents out of thousands and thousands of dollars to feed his drug addiction and they always took pity on him. He sold my dad a computer which was full of CP. He stole one of my dad's cars and pretended like it never happened. He was a mechanic by trade, and several times my dad gave him money to spend on parts to fix my dad's car and he just spent it on drugs and didn't do the work. Somehow he is still invited to family christmas parties.

And then there's the aforementioned meth addict's son, who lives with my 90 year old grandpa, sponging off of him for his every need. He moved in with him under the pretense that he would help take care of him, but it seems moreso the other way around. Their apartment is always a huge mess and my grandpa has given him his own debit card which he uses at his leisure. Pretty sure he doesn't have a job or anything.

There's more, but those are the worst of it.
